At L'ange Hair, we want you to love your locks and your tools. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, ensuring all old shipping stickers are removed from the package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in their original packaging and drop off the box at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed to your original payment method.
